TDAFA’S CODE OF CONDUCT

As a member of the Tyre Dealers’ and Fitment Centre Association, you will:

  • Provide our quality products and services at a fair and reasonable price.
  • Honour both the letter and spirit of any guarantee accompanying the sale of these products and services.
  • Endeavour to, at all times, maintain the highest degree of standards, ethics and practices in the tyre merchandising and fitment industry.
  • Ensure that authorisations are obtained from the customer for all fitment and repairs undertaken and that the customer is aware of any variations to the authorisation including costs and time.
  • Accept responsibility for sub-contracted repairs and services.
  • Ensure repairs and services are carried out under the supervision of competent and suitably qualified personnel.
  • Co-operate with, and abide by the ruling of the TDAFA
  • Complaints Committee in the event of an unresolved complaint from a customer.
